Liquor store held up in Hesper

Authorities are trying to identify a masked man who held up a Hesperia liquor store on Monday.

Oris Watches

The man, who was carrying a semi-automatic pistol, demanded money from the cashier at Desert View Liquor on Bear Valley Road before fleeing north.The cashier was not injured.

The robber is described as a black man, 5-feet-8-inches tall and wearing a black hoodie, black baggy pants and black shoes. Detectives believe the same man may also be responsible for armed robberies in Apple Valley and Victorville.
